- When a device is connected to the Type A port, the charger outputs 5 VDC at 2 A (10 W)
- When both ports are in use, the Type A port outputs 5 VDC at 2 A (10 W). The USB Type-C port continues to provide 5 VDC at 3 A (15 W), 9 VDC at 3 A (27 W), 15 VDC at 3 A (45 W) or 20 VDC at 2.5 A (50 W)

- Smart chip recognizes and optimizes the charging requirements of individual devices
- Built-in overcurrent protection helps protect the electronics from receiving too much power, which can damage the device
