The Banjo Corporation EVX ACTUATOR 1½ SEC DIRECT is a 1½-inch full-port electric valve actuator designed for on/off control applications. The actuator features a 1½-second response time for open/close operations and includes an open/closed indicator for status monitoring. It is rated for 500,000 cycles, ensuring long-term reliability. The actuator is housed in an IP68 waterproof enclosure, suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -18°C to 65°C (0°F to 150°F) and storage from -55°C to 105°C (-67°F to 221°F). The actuator is compatible with Banjo's 1½-inch full-port bolted electric valve, which is rated for 50,000 cycles leak-free. Key materials include 316 stainless steel for the ball and stem, fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene for the valve body, and PTFE seats with FKM stem seals for durability and chemical resistance.
