Merrill™ Midget Pitless Adapter, Series: 100, For Use With: 300 ft SCH 40 Steel Pipe, Concrete Tile, 1-1/4 in, Brass
Features:
- Bottom of male part of adapter is tapered, easy connection of female and male parts
- Top of female part is also tapered, tight connection and easy removal
- Replaceable O-ring seal in solid no lead brass/brass or stainless steel casting, easily replaced, not a seal from factory only
- Molded gasket for positive outside seal on discharge, plus O-ring or gasket glued in place, for seal on inside of casing
- Solid no lead brass/brass or stainless steel collar made for perfect fit and positive seal with molded gasket between discharge and outside of casing
- Extra-wide solid no lead brass/brass or stainless steel nut, to accommodate wrench for easier installation
- No outside thread
- Not approved for use with drinking water in USA
- When properly installed, Merrill pitless adapters will support length of SCH 40 steel pipe full of water and pump
- 5 to 8 in casing
- 1.8 in LM discharge length
