The CDS-John Blue Company NEXT GEN PUMP- 2 SP CENTRIFUGAL with HONDA ELECT. START is a self-priming centrifugal pump designed for agricultural and industrial applications. It features a 6 HP Honda GX200 engine with electric start, ensuring reliable operation. The pump is constructed with a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton seals, and a 316 stainless steel impeller shaft, providing excellent chemical resistance. Its double wet seal design allows the pump to run dry without causing damage to the mechanical seal faces, extending the pump's service life. The Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal, minimizing seal wear and enhancing performance over time. The closed impeller design reduces thrust loading on the drive motor, further extending its lifespan. The pump is capable of handling a maximum flow of 200 gallons per minute (gpm) and can achieve a maximum pressure of 45 pounds per square inch (psi). It operates at a maximum speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute (rpm) and requires a maximum of 5 horsepower. The inlet and outlet ports are 2 inches in diameter, and the pump includes a 1-inch FPT pressure access and a 0.5-inch FPT drain port. This pump is suitable for various applications, including liquid de-icing, due to its durable construction and reliable performance.
