The John Blue PSP-3240-G6HEFLG is a 2-inch flanged centrifugal pump designed for efficient chemical transfer. It features a fully assembled design, ready for immediate attachment to a power source. The pump includes a double wet seal assembly, allowing it to operate dry without causing seal failure, with the seal being antifreeze cooled. Its closed impeller technology ensures improved efficiency over time as the impeller wears. Constructed with a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton® seals, and a 316 stainless steel impeller shaft, it offers excellent chemical resistance. The pump can be removed or the engine replaced without disassembling the pump. Additional features include a 1-inch FPT pressure access and a ½-inch FPT drain port. The maximum flow rate is 200 GPM, with a maximum pressure of 45 PSI, and it operates at a maximum speed of 3,600 RPM. The pump requires a 5 HP gas engine, and the inlet and outlet are 2-inch FPT. The Vac-U-Seal impeller and closed-coupled shaft fit a ¾-inch diameter shaft. The gasket material is Viton, and the power type is gas, with a horsepower of 5.
