The Gates Corporation 10EFG4K XREEL hydraulic hose features a 5/8" inner diameter and a maximum working pressure of 4000 PSI, making it ideal for high-pressure hydraulic applications. Constructed from durable synthetic rubber, this hose offers excellent resistance to abrasion and weather. With a length of 100 feet, it is perfect for various hydraulic setups. It complies with SAE 100R4 standards, ensuring reliability and safety in industrial environments.

Description

EFG4K hose is recommended for very high–pressure, high–impulse applications. Exceeds all requirements of ISO 18752 Grade D (except OD for -6 to -10), SAE 100R12, EN 856 R12 and ISO 3862 Type R12. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycol and vegetable oil as well as standard petroleum–based fluids.

Features:

  • The optional MegaTuff™ cover lasts up to 300 times longer than standard hose during hose-to-hose and hose-to-metal abrasion tests per ISO 6945 and offers superior ozone and weathering resistance.
  • The optional XtraTuff™ cover lasts up to 25 times longer than standard hose.
  • Available in 121' through 200' continuous lengths.
  • For use with GlobalSpiral™ Couplings [G20 Series], GlobalSpiral One-Piece Couplings [G21 Series, -20 Only] and Stainless Steel Spiral Couplings [G18 Series].
  • Superior flex impulse performance: Tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 50% of EN 856 R12 and SAE 100R12 bend radii.
  • Meets Flame Resistance Acceptance Designation MSHA 2G.
