The John Blue SP-3240-PH2FLG is a 2-inch self-priming centrifugal pump designed for agricultural and industrial applications. It features a hydraulic drive system, eliminating the need for an external power source. The pump is constructed with a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton seals, and a 316 stainless steel impeller shaft, providing excellent chemical resistance. Its double wet seal design allows for continuous lubrication of the seal faces, enabling the pump to run dry for extended periods without damaging the mechanical seals. The patented Vac-U-Seal impeller design creates a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal, minimizing seal wear and extending seal life. The closed impeller design reduces thrust loading on the drive motor, enhancing its longevity. The pump's extra-thick cast walls offer additional strength and resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The SP-3240-PH2FLG has a maximum capacity of 200 gallons per minute (gpm), a capacity of 45 gpm at 25 psi, and a maximum pressure of 112 psi at shut-off. It operates at a maximum speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute (rpm) and requires a maximum power of 5 horsepower. The inlet and outlet are both 2 inches in diameter. This model includes flanged connections for easy installation and maintenance.
