The John Blue PSP-3340-G14K is a 3-inch polypropylene centrifugal pump equipped with a 14 HP Kohler engine and a base. Designed for efficient liquid transfer, this pump features a self-priming capability, allowing it to handle various applications, including de-icing and agricultural processes. The pump's construction utilizes polypropylene, FKM, Viton, and 316 stainless steel components, ensuring excellent chemical resistance and durability. Its double wet seal design provides continuous lubrication of the seal faces, enabling the pump to run dry for extended periods without causing damage. The closed impeller design minimizes thrust loading on the drive motor, extending its operational life. Additionally, the pump offers a 2-in-1 inlet design, allowing users to select from two inlet locations to suit different operational needs. The higher inlet facilitates drainage of outlet lines after shutoff while retaining self-priming capability on startup.
