The CDS-John Blue Company 116285-91A is a 2-inch polypropylene impeller assembly designed for use in their self-priming centrifugal pumps. This impeller features a Vac-U-Seal design, creating a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal to minimize seal wear and extend its lifespan. The double wet seal assembly allows the pump to run dry without damaging the mechanical seal faces, and the closed impeller design improves pump efficiency over time as the impeller wears. Constructed with a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton seals, and a 316 stainless steel impeller shaft, it offers excellent chemical resistance. The impeller is compatible with 2-inch Poly-Centrifugal Pumps, such as the PSP-3240 model, which has a maximum capacity of 200 GPM, a maximum pressure of 45 PSI, and operates at a maximum speed of 3,600 RPM. The pump features 2-inch FPT inlet and outlet ports, a 1-inch FPT pressure access port, and a 0.5-inch FPT drain port. This impeller assembly is suitable for agricultural and industrial applications requiring reliable and efficient liquid transfer.
