The CDS-John Blue DP-282.1-P is a low-pressure diaphragm pump designed for applications such as gardening, small sprayers, washers, and liquid transfer. Its compact and lightweight design allows for versatile operation, driven by PTO, electric motor, or gasoline engine. The pump features plastic-coated wetted parts to withstand various agricultural and industrial chemicals, and diaphragms made from chemical-resistant elastomers for enhanced corrosion resistance. The heads incorporate a patented design with an aluminum die-cast core inside a polypropylene structure, offering superior strength. Additional features include 316 stainless steel washers and diaphragm bolts, a die-cast crankcase with a new cooling system, and a chemically resistant diaphragm material pre-deformed to reduce deflection, increasing diaphragm life. The pump also boasts a short crankshaft stroke for extended longevity and connecting rods made from a special bronze alloy for economical and trouble-free service. The 316 stainless steel inlet and outlet check valves ensure reliable performance.
