The Banjo Corporation DM220AB is a 2-inch Dry-Mate® coupling designed for fluid transfer applications. It features a male British Standard Pipe (BSP) thread and a female National Pipe Thread (NPT) connection, facilitating compatibility between different piping systems. Constructed with 316 stainless steel, the DM220AB offers enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion. The coupling is equipped with FKM face seals, ensuring a secure and leak-resistant connection. Its full port design allows for unrestricted flow, and it operates effectively under pressures up to 300 PSI and temperatures up to 300°F. The coupling's design includes a 20-degree rotation in either direction to ease coupling male and female halves, and it has a spillage data of 3.8 ml for the 2-inch full port size. Additionally, when the Dry-Mate halves are apart, handles cannot be turned to the open position, and when liquid is flowing, Dry-Mate halves cannot be uncoupled without turning handles to the closed position, enhancing safety during operation.
