Permatex® by Mars® Thread Sealant, High Strength, 50 ml Container, Composition: Polyglycol Dimethacrylate, Polymeric Plasticizer, Cellulose Ester, Polytetrafluoroethylene, Titanium Dioxide, Dimethylbenzyl Hydroperoxide, Saccharin, White, Mild Odor/Scent, -65 to 300 deg F, >199 deg F Flash Point, 2.5% VOC

Features:

  • Permatex high performance thread sealant
  • Formulated specifically for metal, tapered pipe thread fittings, seals and secures
  • Replaces PTFE tape and pipe dopes
  • Cures rapidly to withstand up to 10000 psi
  • Prevents galling and mated threaded areas from rust and corrosion
  • Contains PTFE
  • Pliable seal to prevent leakage caused by vibration loosening, tape shredding, solvent evaporation, damaged threads and temperature cycling
