The John Blue PSP-3240-E5D3BFLG is a 2-inch self-priming centrifugal pump designed for efficient liquid transfer in agricultural and industrial applications. Constructed with a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton seals, and a 316 stainless steel impeller shaft, it offers excellent chemical resistance. The pump features a double wet seal assembly, allowing it to run dry without causing seal failure, and a Vac-U-Seal impeller that improves efficiency over time as the impeller wears. It has a maximum flow rate of 200 gallons per minute (gpm) and a maximum pressure of 45 pounds per square inch (psi). The required horsepower is 5 HP, and it operates at a maximum speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute (rpm). The inlet and outlet ports are 2 inches with female pipe thread (FPT) connections. The pump also includes a 1-inch FPT pressure access port and a 0.5-inch FPT drain port. The materials used in its construction are polypropylene, Viton o-rings, and 316 stainless steel bolts and shaft. This model is equipped with a 5 HP electric drip-proof motor suitable for 3-phase electrical systems and comes with 220 flange adapters for enhanced installation flexibility.
