The FD-0610 is a stainless steel flow divider designed to evenly distribute liquid products across multiple outlets, ensuring precise application rates. It features six 1/4" FPT outlet ports and a 3/4" FPT inlet port, with a maximum flow rate of 2.25 gallons per minute per outlet. The flow divider is constructed with a 302 stainless steel balanced spring for superior performance and corrosion resistance, and utilizes a Viton lip seal for enhanced stability and longevity. The upper portion of the needle is made from 316 stainless steel, while the middle needle is crafted from glass-filled Teflon to provide smooth operation with minimal friction. The spherical tip of the needle facilitates easier opening, improving accuracy at lower application rates. Additionally, the 316 stainless steel sleeve can be easily removed for field cleaning, and the tapered inlets reduce turbulence, resulting in smoother flow and improved accuracy.
