The John Blue Impellicone Flow Divider is engineered to distribute anhydrous ammonia (NH₃) evenly across multiple applicator rows, enhancing application accuracy and efficiency. Its unique spiral needle design ensures thorough mixing of liquid and gas phases, delivering precise distribution. The Impellicone is adaptable, allowing unused outlets to be plugged without compromising performance, and is suitable for all typical application rates without the need for component changes. This design simplifies maintenance by enabling servicing without removing distribution lines, provided proper NH₃ handling procedures are followed. Available models include the IP-0600 (6 outlets), IP-1300 (13 outlets), and IP-1800 (18 outlets), each featuring a 1″ NPT inlet and 1/4″ FPT outlets. Additionally, Impellicone Splitters are offered to facilitate parallel use of multiple Impellicones, maintaining consistent distribution across all outlets.
