B-Line Continuous Concrete Insert, Series: B22I, 96 in Length, 1-5/8 in Width, 3-1/8 in Depth, 12 ga Thickness, 1000 lb Load, For Use With: Channel Concrete, Insert and Styro, Steel, Pre-Galvanized
Features:
- Design load for B22-I-12 thru B22-I-240 is 2000 lb per foot of concrete insert length with safety factor of 3 in 3000 psi concrete
- Loads concentrated within the last 2 in of concrete inserts 8 in and longer should not exceed 1000 lb
- Concrete insert should be secured to the forms on 16 to 24 in intervals
- B22-I continuous concrete inserts are made from B22 channel, use channel nuts designed for use in B22 channel
- B22-I concrete inserts are supplied with styrofoam fillers, B3322 end caps are furnished with inserts through 8 in long and B205 end caps are furnished with inserts 12 in and longer
