Apollo™, FHLFPR318, Pump Connector, 1/2 in Nominal, Press End Style, 18 in Length, 200 psi Working, 250 deg F, Bronze Braided Metal/Copper Alloy, Domestic
Features:
- The hose shall be copper alloy C51000 (95/5) annular corrugated
- The braid shall commercial bronze C22000 (90/10)
- The copper ring ferrule or band shall be of not less than 0.032 in thickness of material
- The hose, braid and ferrule shall be integrally seal welded using a 100% circumferential TIG weld
- All end fittings shall be must be attached using 100% circumferential TIG weld
- Braided bronze pump connector must be suitable for operating temperatures up to 250 deg F (121 deg C) with standard EPDM sealing element
- The rated working pressure of the hose must have a 4 -1 safety factor
- Each braided metal hose pump connector is to be individually leak tested by the manufacturer using air-under-water
- Helium leak detection and/or hydrostatic pressure
