The 8B Roller from CDS-John Blue Company is a precision metering pump designed for accurate liquid fertilizer application. It features oval-shaped tubes with built-in backing plates, ensuring positive shut-off and precise flow rates. The pump is equipped with sealed-for-life bearings that require no lubrication, and rubber-coated rollers that reduce abrasion and resist corrosion, making them easily replaceable in the field. Its heavy-duty PVC manifolds are suitable for all fertilizers, including acid-based products. The pump offers multiple outlet configurations, allowing for 8 to 48 outlets, and can be driven from either side. It includes multiple-coned sprockets, providing seven different delivery rates, and is housed in a sturdy, all-metal frame.
