The John Blue DP-43-GRIP Diaphragm Pump is a compact and lightweight pump designed for agricultural and industrial applications, including sprayers, pest control units, and liquid transfer. It features a two-piston semi-hydraulic diaphragm system that operates up to 4.3 gallons per minute (gpm) at 550 revolutions per minute (rpm) with a pressure rating of 290 pounds per square inch (psi). The pump includes an SC-1066-2 pressure regulator and a DP-321009 gearbox with a 3/4-inch hollow shaft, suitable for mounting to 4 to 6.5 horsepower (hp) gasoline engines. Port sizes are 3/4-inch hose barb (HB) inlet and 1/2-inch National Pipe Thread (NPT) outlet. The diaphragms are made of Desmopan® material, known for its chemical resistance, and the housing is constructed from anodized aluminum. The maximum fluid temperature is 140°F, and the pump weighs 25 pounds. This pump is compatible with various drive options, including PTO, electric motor, or gasoline engine, depending on specific application needs.
