The DP-43.1-GRPC is a diaphragm pump designed for handling chlorine and other aggressive chemicals. Constructed with polypropylene and chemically resistant steel, it offers superior chemical resistance. This compact and lightweight pump operates up to 4.3 gallons per minute (GPM) at 550 revolutions per minute (RPM) and 290 pounds per square inch (PSI). It can be driven by a power take-off (PTO), electric motor, or gasoline engine, providing versatility for various applications. The diaphragms are made from chemical-resistant elastomers, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. Key features include a precision-engineered crankshaft, connecting rods, bearings, and pistons, along with thermal treatment on connecting rod rings for superior wear resistance. The pump is equipped with a ¾-inch solid shaft and is capable of running dry for short periods without damage. It is suitable for sprayers, pest control units, and industrial use. Optional accessories include a pressure regulator and a gearbox for 3.5 and 5 HP engines. The pump has a maximum temperature rating of 140°F and uses 30 SAE lubricating oil.
