The Valve Kit (DP-74) by CDS-John Blue Company is designed to enhance the performance and longevity of the DP-74.1 diaphragm pump. This kit includes essential components such as the SC-1240-3 pressure regulator, which can be mounted directly or remotely to the DP-74.1 pump. The SC-1240-3 regulator offers gradual and smooth pressure regulation up to 725 psi, featuring an aluminum inlet body with extra-large passages to minimize pressure loss. It also includes a complete quick by-pass lever, pressure gauge, 3/4″ NPT inlet, and three 1/2″ NPT outlets. The valve body is constructed of heavy-duty polyamide, and the valve seat and poppet are made of ceramic, ensuring durability even with aggressive chemicals. This kit is ideal for applications requiring precise pressure control and reliable performance in demanding environments.
