The John Blue CV-1310-BL Injection Check Valve is designed to prevent backflow, siphoning, and bleed-through of product in irrigation systems. Constructed with a polypropylene body, it features a 1/4″ NPT female inlet and a 1/2″ male outlet. The valve includes a PVC bleeder valve and reducer, facilitating air removal from distribution lines to aid in priming chemical injection pumps. It operates with a 10 PSI spring and has a maximum capacity of 100 gallons per hour (GPH) for simplex pumps (1 stroke per revolution). The valve is equipped with Viton® seals and 316 stainless steel components, including the spring, ball, and injection tube, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Installation and maintenance are straightforward, contributing to more uniform distribution of products in irrigation applications.
