STANDARD SENSOR EXPANSION KIT - John Blue BMPT-001

The John Blue BMPT-001 is a 4-Row Sensor Expansion Kit designed to enhance the Liquid Blockage Monitor System (LBMS) by adding four additional sensors to existing setups, such as the BMi-08, BM-08AP, or BM-08PL. This expansion enables monitoring of up to 12 rows, providing comprehensive coverage for larger equipment. The kit includes standard sensors, tee harnesses, magnetic balls, and necessary hardware for seamless integration. Each sensor utilizes magnetic sensing technology mounted behind the VisaGage II Flow Monitors, effectively detecting low-flow and no-flow conditions during liquid application. The system features visual displays and audible alarms in the tractor cab, with flashing LED indicators highlighting specific rows experiencing distribution issues. The alarm resets automatically once the blockage is cleared, and the system can be paused to capture problem rows for later investigation. The LBMS is compatible with various control options, including standard wired control panels, wireless systems for iPad, Android, and Amazon Kindle, and ISOBUS systems. The LBMS App is available for free on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Amazon Kindle Store. Please note that VisaGage II Flow Monitors are ordered separately and are essential for the system's operation. Additionally, a minimum flow rate of 0.126 gallons per minute per row, based on 11 lb./gallon liquid fertilizer, is required for effective monitoring.
