The John Blue CV-1101-P56 is a 1 PSI check valve designed for use in planter and applicator delivery lines. It features 5/16-inch push connect fittings for easy installation and maintenance. Constructed from precision-molded glass-reinforced polypropylene, it includes a 316 stainless steel spring and ball, along with Viton® seals, ensuring durability and resistance to various chemicals. This check valve helps prevent backflow, siphoning, and bleed-through of product, contributing to more uniform distribution and efficient application. It is repairable and easy to clean, facilitating service in the field. Flow rates at different inlet pressures are as follows: 5 PSI – 1.25 GPM, 15 PSI – 2.65 GPM, and 29 PSI – 4.00 GPM. The maximum working pressure is 150 PSI, and the maximum flow rate is 2.25 GPM. Optional inlet/outlet configurations are available to suit various application needs.
