The CAP FD-1200 "Exacto-Flow" Flow Divider from CDS-John Blue Company is engineered to deliver precise liquid distribution across a range of application rates. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel body, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability. The FD-1200 features 12 outlets, each with a maximum flow rate of 2.25 gallons per minute (GPM), and is designed for use with ¾-inch female pipe thread (FPT) inlets and ¼-inch FPT outlets. This flow divider ensures accurate liquid application rates from as low as 5 gallons per acre (GPA) up to 80 GPA on 30-inch row spacing at 5 miles per hour (MPH). Its design includes a Viton® lip seal for enhanced stability and longevity, and a 316 stainless steel sleeve that can be easily removed for field cleaning, maintaining consistent performance over time.
