The John Blue 113986-91 Mount-Flow Divider & Manifold is designed to evenly distribute liquid products across multiple outlets, ensuring accurate application rates. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel body, it features a 316 stainless steel sleeve that can be easily removed for field cleaning. The manifold includes Viton O-rings for positive sealing, even with hard-to-handle products, and a 302 stainless steel balanced spring for superior performance and corrosion resistance. The upper needle is made of 316 stainless steel, while the lower needle is glass-filled Teflon, providing smooth operation with minimal friction. The manifold is field-repairable without removing distribution lines, and the tapered inlets reduce turbulence, improving flow accuracy. The numbered ports facilitate easy tracing of lines, and the wrench flats simplify installation. This manifold is compatible with various John Blue flow dividers, such as the FD-0610, FD-1210, and FD-2010 models, which offer 6, 12, and 20 outlets respectively, with maximum flow rates per outlet of 2.25 GPM.
