The 16B Jackshaft from CDS-John Blue Company is a standard jackshaft designed for use with their current piston pumps. It is compatible with 7″ x 7″, 6″ x 6″, 6″ x 4″, and 4″ x 4″ bars, providing flexibility for various applications. The kit includes U-bolts and washers, and features interchangeable sprockets: RC-50-24 tooth for low range and RC-50-18 tooth for high range, allowing for a broader application range. The sprockets are designed to fit the pump sprocket, which is an NGP standard RC50-18 tooth, and Sprockets A, B, and C, which are RC50-24 tooth, RC40-32 tooth, and RC40-32 tooth split, respectively. This configuration ensures reliable and accurate liquid fertilizer application. Additionally, the jackshaft is adjustable to fit different bar heights, accommodating a minimum of 17″ and a maximum of 31″ from the bottom of the bar to the ground using a 13.5″ loaded radius tire. This versatility makes the 16B Jackshaft a valuable component for enhancing the performance and adaptability of CDS-John Blue's piston pumps in various agricultural settings.
