CV ASSEM 1 PSI, 1/4 PUSH CONN IN/OUT - John Blue CV-1101-P14

The John Blue CV-1101-P14 is a 1 PSI poly check valve designed for planter and applicator delivery lines. It features 1/4-inch push connect fittings for easy installation and maintenance. Constructed from precision-molded glass-reinforced polypropylene, it includes a 316 stainless steel spring and ball, and all Viton® seals, ensuring durability and resistance to various chemicals. The valve is repairable and easy to clean, facilitating field servicing. It is available in 1, 3, and 10 PSI models, with the CV-1101-P14 specifically set at 1 PSI. The maximum pressure rating is 125 PSI. Flow rates at different inlet pressures are as follows: 5 PSI at 1.25 GPM, 15 PSI at 2.65 GPM, and 29 PSI at 4.00 GPM. These tests were conducted using antifreeze and the CV-1101 model with 3/8-inch hose barbs at 70°F.
