The John Blue 20B Manifold (SKU: 07-2010) is a liquid fertilizer distribution system designed to ensure accurate and efficient application rates. It features 20 outlets, each capable of handling a maximum flow of 2.25 gallons per minute (GPM). The manifold is constructed with a 1-inch female pipe thread (FPT) inlet and 1/4-inch FPT outlets, facilitating easy integration into existing systems. Its design includes a 302 stainless steel balanced spring for enhanced performance and corrosion resistance, and a Viton lip seal that offers greater stability and longevity compared to conventional diaphragms. The manifold's upper needle portion is made of 316 stainless steel, while the middle needle is crafted from special glass-filled Teflon, ensuring smooth operation with minimal friction. The spherical tip of the needle allows for easier opening, improving accuracy at lower application rates. Additionally, the 316 stainless steel sleeve can be easily removed for field cleaning, and numbered ports aid in tracing lines. The tapered inlets reduce turbulence, resulting in smoother flow and improved accuracy. The manifold is also equipped with wrench flats for ease of installation.
