The CDS-John Blue Company DRV-3100 is a gauge wheel designed for agricultural applications, featuring a fixed-height adjustment mechanism with 10 positions. This model is intended solely as a gauge wheel and does not include a tire or u-bolts. It is compatible with various John Blue piston pumps and is suitable for use with 7" x 7", 6" x 6", 6" x 4", and 4" x 4" bars. The DRV-3100 offers a high and low range sprocket setup for a broader application range and can be configured for both push and pull operations. The adjustable idlers are universal, accommodating both push and pull configurations. The interchangeable jackshaft sprockets include RC-50-24 and RC-50-18 tooth options for low and high ranges, respectively. The ground wheel sprocket is RC-50 50 tooth. The mounting bolts, nuts, and washers required for installation are included. The system is adjustable to fit bar heights ranging from a minimum of 17" to a maximum of 31" using a 13.5" loaded radius tire. The wide pivot angle allows for adjustments between a minimum of 3.5" and a maximum of 17.5" from the bottom of the bar to the axle centerline.
