Features:
- Furnished with 5 in thermostat extension
- Thermo bulb, temperature sensitive portion, is at end of extension tube for accurate response to tank temperature
- Snap acting trip latch closes the valve at a controlled temperature
- The wetted surface of this product contacted by consumable water contains less than 0.25% of lead by weight
- Pressing the reset button in as far as it will go and then releasing, opens the valve and allows gas to again flow to the burner
- Manual reset button to resume heater service
- Burn N disc to metal seating for a positive seal
- Stainless steel spring seats valve when trip latch releases valve to closed position
- Suitable for water heaters with up to 3/4 IN of insulation
