Features:

• Pump switch installed 180 deg from the 4 in inlet to prevent the float from being affected by the inflow of water
• Discharge pipe is plumbed with a pre-drilled 3/16 in weep hole to prevent the pump from becoming air locked
• The Model 53 sump pump's 115 V electrical cord seal is sealed in the cover
• The Model 53 sump pump includes a powder-coated epoxy finish which provides corrosion-resistance and extends the pump's life in harsh basement sump environments
• The Model 53 is 100 Percent factory tested before it is installed in the basin
