Constructed with aluminum or copper cores and brass or plastic tanks, it offers efficient heat exchange. The radiator includes inlet and outlet ports sized to OEM specifications for direct installation. It supports operating pressures up to 15 psi and coolant temperatures up to 250°F (121°C). Core dimensions, fin spacing, and tube arrangement are optimized for cooling performance in tractors and heavy equipment. The 396496R2 radiator is equipped with mounting brackets and fittings compatible with standard chassis configurations. It is designed to maintain engine temperature within safe operating limits, ensuring reliable equipment operation.
Our new radiator is designed and built to precise dimensional specifications to ensure an exact fit. Each radiator has a stamped brass tank, undergoes a rigorous quality inspection, and is 100% leak tested. This radiator has 8 fins per inch and 5 rows of tubes. It is 20.312" tall and the core size is 19" wide. This radiator fits the Case-IH Tractor 656 (diesel utility hydro with gear drive) and 656 (gas utility hydro). (NOTE: This radiator fits utility tractors only!)
