CRANKCASE - John Blue L-3025

The John Blue L-3025 crankcase is a component designed for use in John Blue diaphragm pumps, providing structural support and housing for the pump's internal mechanisms. It is constructed from anodized aluminum, offering enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. The crankcase features a die-cast design that incorporates a new cooling system, contributing to the pump's overall durability and performance. Additionally, the crankcase is equipped with a new chemically resistant diaphragm material that is pre-deformed to reduce deflection, thereby increasing diaphragm life. This diaphragm material is compatible with most corrosive chemicals commonly used in agricultural and industrial applications. The crankcase also includes connecting rods made from a special bronze alloy, ensuring economical and trouble-free service. Furthermore, the crankcase houses 316 stainless steel inlet and outlet check valves, which are known for their corrosion resistance and longevity.
