The John Blue DRV-3000 is a ground drive system designed to facilitate the installation of ground-driven pumps on applicators and planters. It features a fixed height adjustment mechanism with 10 positions, allowing for precise setup. This model includes a pump mount but does not come with a tire or U-bolts. It is compatible with all current John Blue pumps and can be mounted on bars measuring 7″ x 7″, 6″ x 6″, 6″ x 4″, and 4″ x 4″. The system offers both push and pull configurations and includes universal adjustable idlers. The interchangeable jackshaft sprockets (RC-50-24 and 18 tooth) provide flexibility for low and high ranges. The ground wheel sprocket is an RC-50 50 tooth. The adjustable bar height accommodates a minimum of 17″ and a maximum of 31″, measured from the bottom of the bar to the ground using a 13.5″ loaded radius tire. The wide pivot angle ranges from a minimum of 3.5″ to a maximum of 17.5″, measured from the bottom of the bar to the axle centerline. Pump mounting bolts, nuts, and washers are included for easy installation.
