Sioux Chief Slider™ Adjustable Bracket, Flat, Series: 520, 50 lb Load, Steel, 90 Grade, Galvanized
Features:
- Two-piece design adjust to a range of opening
- 20 ga galvanized steel or copper plated steel for spot soldering (heat the tube, not the bracket)
- Pre-drilled model have 1/8 in pilot hole on 13/64 in center
- Installation: check with local or national code authorities regarding spacing requirements
- Secure bracket to studs or joist using approved hardware (not provided)
- Self-nailing model can be hammered directly into wood
- Once bracket is installed, secure fitting, clamp, strap directly to flat side of bracket using self tapping screw (not provided)
- Bracket can also be installed directly beneath lightweight air ducts as a support device where permitted by local code authorities
