- They feature internally threaded bodies and cast in brackets on the cover and are suitable for use wet locations
- Malleable iron bodies have high tensile strength and ductility and provide great resistance to corrosion, impact and shock
- Included O-ring gasket provides NEMA 4 rating
- Smooth hub bushings protect insulation when pulling conductors
- Cast-in brackets on cover for use with breaker bar tools for tightening/loosening
- Tapered threaded hub (NPT)
- Hub covers, fixture canopies, sealing covers and threaded extensions available
- Functions as a 25% fill sealing fitting when used with GUASC sealing cover
Applications:
For providing access to conductors for pulling, splicing, maintece and future changes/upgrades, allow connection of straight conduit runs, branch conduit runs and 90 deg bends
