The VITON DIAPHRAGM KIT (DP-540-P) by CDS-John Blue Company is designed to replace diaphragms in compatible diaphragm pumps, enhancing their chemical resistance and extending service life. This kit includes six Viton diaphragms, each measuring 4.5 x 40 mm, suitable for various models in the Polypump Millennium series. The diaphragms are pre-deformed to reduce deflection, increasing their longevity. Compatible pump models include DP-282-P, DP-332-PP, DP-448-P, DP-555-P, and DP-687-P.
