The John Blue 102037-A impeller is a component designed for use in John Blue centrifugal pumps, featuring a patented Vac-U-Seal design that creates a vacuum between the impeller and mechanical seal, minimizing seal wear and extending its lifespan. This impeller is compatible with various John Blue centrifugal pump models, including the 2-inch and 3-inch self-priming centrifugal pumps, which are known for their durability and efficiency in agricultural and industrial applications. The pumps equipped with this impeller can handle flow rates up to 200 GPM at 25 PSI, with maximum pressures reaching 45 PSI. The double wet seal design allows the pump to run dry without causing damage to the mechanical seal faces, and the closed impeller design minimizes thrust loading on the drive motor, thereby extending its life. Additionally, the pumps feature a polypropylene body, FKM and Viton seals, and a 316SS impeller shaft, providing excellent chemical resistance.
