Sioux Chief Bend Support, Series: 525-P2M, 25 lb, 20 ga Thickness, Steel, Galvanized, 4.2 in W x 3.45 in H, Domestic
Features:
- Forms tight 90 deg bend in flexible CTS without kinking
- Using two (6) 1 in coarse thread, corrosion resistant screw (provided with compression device), loosely mount the LockBlock™ or PEX bend support compression device to back side of the plate
- Using at least two additional common screw or nail, secure the faceplate to vertical stub, wood sub floor or preexisting horizontal brace located between the vertical studs
- Insert 1/2 or 3/4 in CTS tube into the back of the LockBlock™, penetrating through the center hole of the plate
- If using the PEX bend support, insert 1/2 in PEX tubing through the back of the block penetrating through the center hole of the plate
- Bend the PEX tubing until it locks into the end of the plastic elbow
- Securely tighten the screw penetrating through the front of the plate and through the plastic LockBlock™ or PEX bend support to complete installation
