- Rating plugs for Digitrip™ RMS trip units determine the continuous current rating of the circuit breaker
- All protection function settings on the face of the trip unit are expressed in per unit multiples of the rating plug ampere rating
- The rating plug is interlocked with the tripping mechanism to automatically "open" the breaker when the plug is removed
- The breaker will remain "trip free" with the plug removed
- The battery is a long life lithium type, which is accessible from the front of the trip unit and without removing the rating plug
