- The EL current limiter is an attachment that bolts to the load end of the mcp to provide increased interrupting capacity
- The combination is UL listed as a recognized component for application at up to 200000 A symmetrical at 600 VAC
- It is coordinated with the mcp so that normal short circuits will be cleared automatically by the mcp, opening all 3-pole and only the rare high fault will cause the limiter to function
