General’s Stub Wrench is a great tool for extracting broken plastic PVC and CPVC pipe, especially from garden sprinkler risers. The Stub Wrench has eight tapered flutes that fit snugly inside the broken pipe and engage for effortless removal. The comfort grip T-handle allows you to apply heavy toque to broken pipe.
