Features:

• 3/8 to 2 in sizes made in the USA from domestic (USA) Special Bar quality (SBQ) steel having fine grain, reduced sulfur and phosphorus
• 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 in sizes forged form high quality German alloy steel at our STB facility in Hamm, Germany and then finished in the USA
• Shackles show major deformation before failure
• CM® shackles are forged to shape rather than bent like the competition, this allows for better shackle identification markings and dimensional consistency
• Working load limit and traceability codes shown as permanent markings on body
• All shackles have alloy quenched and tempered pins
• Shackles meet dimensional and performance requirements of RR-C-271
