AL-43 Oil Injector

FEATURES:

* All packing glands are American-made, Mil-Spec, Viton
* Primary piston is precisely hone fit to a clearance of 120
millionths of an inch
* The recharge piston seal is made from American-made, Mil-Spec
90-Durometer Viton. All Alemite AL-43 Series Injectors support the
recharge piston seal with a Teflon backup. This extends the life
cycle of the Alemite AL-43 Series Injector recharge piston
assembly
* The stand-alone AL-43 has a 1/4"-18 NPTF male inlet, while the
manifold version AL-43 comes with the manifold inlet bolt and
necessary hardware, which allows it to mount to any existing
Lincoln SL-43 series manifold
* The AL-43 series injectors have 1/8" O.D. tube discharge ports
* Adjustable output: .001 cu. in. to .008 cu. in. (5 Turns)

The chart below lists general high pressure pump selection guidelines.
Each aplication varies and should be carefully considered for special
conditions that may require a pump selection other than the standard
recommendations listed.

These conditions include, but are not limited to:
* Viscosity of product pumped
* Ambient temperature conditions
* Simultaneous operation of several dispensing outlets
* Dispensing volume requirements

When measuring total pump distance, the hose length of dispensing
reels should be included in total distance.

Pneumatic RAM Pumps (Stationary)

Alemite Stationary RAM Pumps provide quiet operation and quick
serviceability. Capable of transferring grease at a rate of 4.5 lb.
per minute, these double-acting pumps are designed to reduce line
pulsation and allow lower operating pressure. Ideal for piped
installations of moderate length.

FEATURES:
* Internal muffler and an innovative airflow design help Alemite RAM
Pumps meet OSHA noise requirements (85 dB)
* Orientation of material outlet and air inlet can be easily
adjusted 360
* Pumps are easy to use and designed to operate with or without a
lubricator
* Air motor and spool valve are easily accessible without removing
the downtube
* Flexible follower works with straight and tapered containers
