12 V DC POWER ADAPTOR*Clo roDo ser (R) Spec Sheet #S01005February 2000 CloroDoser (R) Automatic Dispenser Aut oma tic Dis pen ser A dispensing system for automatic preventive maintenance programs designed to manage waste and/or grease disposal. Automatic dosing improves the function and condition of grease traps, prevents waste accumulation and odor problems in lines, floor drains, traps, or disposal unit, and keeps sump lift stations operating properly. Reduces or eliminates operation downtime and damage from grease trap overflow. Integral peristaltic pump is selfpriming and antisiphoning. It utilizes an advanced roller alignment system and rotor assembly designed to increase tube life. Viton tubing provides extended usage over other types of tubing. Proprietary design also lessens motor wear and uses less power to extend battery life. Comes with all necessary fittings and tubing to put the CloroDoser into immediate operation. Can be wall mounted with included hardware. The CloroDoser provides treatment versatility as it dispenses either PT4 TM or PTBIO1TM products at variable times and durations, even skipping days if needed formaximum effectiveness (up to 8 dosing periods over 24 hours). An additional pump head option allows dosing in multiple locations (part number 301020). Unaffected bypower outages when using eight Alkaline D cell batteries (not included). Lasts approximately one year before replacement is necessary (enough power to dispense about 60gallons of product). Available power adapter replaces batteries if standard house current is available at location (part number 301050). The timer power storage cell doesnot require changing and is continuously recharged by the main power supply used. This charge lasts several months so programmed events will be saved even if the mainpower is removed. STOCK NO. APPLICATIONS PT4TM PTBIO1TMOunces per dose Ounces per dose Restaurants/Cafeteria 2 4(Per every 100 meals served) MultiFamily Dwellings 1 2(Per every 15 occupants) Problem Drain Lines 2 4(Per inch diameter, every 50 feet of problem area) Preventative Maintenance 1 2(Per inch diameter, every 50 feet of problem area) DIRECTIONS FOR USE DAILY USAGE GUIDE: The dosages listed below should be considered starting points. Conditions ofplumbing, types of food served, and kitchen practices may change product usage requirements. Fast food or other types of restaurants not requiring dinnerware cleaning may only need to use the suggested amounts. Restaurants serving fatty foods may need to increase dosages. Dosage amounts usuallydecrease as trap and lines become cleaner with CloroDoser use. Installation: In most facilities the product should be installed as far upstream aspossible so the greatest length of the most problematic drain areas receive product. Pot sink lines are usually a good place to apply the dosage. The dispensing point should be slightly down stream of any P trap. If dispensing into a floor sink or drain, push about two feet of the doser discharge tubing into thedrain so as to pass through the P trap that will be under the floor and dispense product past it. Dispense into the soil stacks of multifamily buildings. CloroDoser automatic dispensing unit keeps drainage systems open and flowing properly. Improves the function and condition of grease traps, prevents waste accumulation and odor problems in lines, floor drains, traps, or disposers. Helps keep sump or lift stationsoperating properly. |
