Hi Power II belts give long, dependable service life on classical/conventional drive applications. They feature Gates patented concave sidewalls that allow the belt to make uniform contact with sheave grooves, thus optimizing power transmission and distributing wear uniformly. Flex-bonded cords help reduce bending stresses and belt failure due to cord separation. Hi-Power II belt's Flex-Weave cover increases flexibility and reduces cover stress, while providing longer cover life and longer protection for the belt core. The belt resists the effects of oil, heat, ozone, weather and aging, and also meets RMA standards for static-conductivity.
