Quad Rings
The QUAD-X Seal is a four lobed seal that was developed to replace the O-Ring in many applications where O-Ring
service was not satisfactory. The four contoured lobes actually give a QUAD-X Seal twice the number of sealing
surfaces as an O-Ring. The relatively square cross section also eliminates spiral twist which is a common cause of O-
Ring failure.
